Tropical, fruity and aromatic, this Chenin Blanc does not skimp on its layers with lime, papaya, pineapple and hints of honeysuckle. Minerally and full-bodied, expect infusions of peach and grapefruit flavours, citrus, pear and green apple. This gem is the result of carefully handled natural fermentation from wild yeast which took 3 months. Gorgeously pairs with fresh summer salads and garlic cilantro shrimp tacos!
