Intense ruby in color, this red glitters with black fruit, spice and oaky notes. On the nose, it's a great expression of the grape varietal with standout aromas of black pepper and blackcurrant. Fleshy in the mouth with fine tannins, elegant structure and a finish that lingers on and on! This bold wine is a best friend to grilled foods, and we love it on Japanese bbq night – brilliant with beef yakiniku and charred miso-glazed eggplant!
