Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve NV
Uniquely Charles, the Brut Reserve NV is produced with 40% reserve wine, creating a recognizable and outstanding style even their competitors cannot match! This reserve wine is aged for 10 years on average, giving a bit more "umph" to the blend. Golden in color with sprinkles of effervescence, it smells of freshly baked brioche, mango and apricot. Crisp and delightful at first but slowly develops into creamy pastry, ripe fruit, praline and vanilla. Awarded "World Best Non-Vintage Blend" by Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships in 2016!
Charles Heidsieck Rosé Reserve NV
The Rosé Reserve is a beautiful wine that exudes sophistication, indulgence and great panache with its powdery pink color and refine bubbles. It is created similarly to the iconic Brut Reserve except uses 20% of reserve wines with a 5-6% addition of red Champagne wine for more structure and red fruitiness. One can reminisce a freshly baked scone with homemade strawberry jam and clotted cream with baskets of fresh peaches alongside as one sips the Rose Reserve.
Charles Heidsieck Brut Millésime 2006
Charles Heidsieck Brut Millesime is crafted to showcase the distinct style that particular year, and this 2006 is well-rounded with great generosity!
This is a beautiful classic results from ten years of ageing in the thousand-year old cellars, it delivers layers of aromas and and flavours. It is recommended to be savoured with a meal. Lovely smells of jasmine & honeysuckle beautifully entwined with white peach, apricot, grapefruit & yuzu. As the wine evolves, one can enjoy notes of grilled hazelnuts, licorice, bergamot & coconut. Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
