A dry-styled Riesling, this gem is beautifully crafted with grapes from the best vineyards in Mosel region (75% from Juffer and 25% from Sonnenuhr). This is a bottle where fruit purity and minerality come together harmoniously. Lively citrus, yellow plum with lemongrass and blossom balanced with hints of saline and white pepper. Elegant and playful at the same time. Brilliant with roasted pork belly, mushroom risotto or a good ol’ schnitzel! Limited production of 1,400 cases.
