Marqués de Cáceres Antea Blanco comes from grapes that weren’t supposed to be as these indigenous viura and tempranillo blanco vines emerged within plots of the red grapes many years ago. Quality fruit should not be wasted so why not craft a sensational Spanish white to wow the palate?! Fermented in fine French barrels, the Antea attracts you with soft autumn apple with tropical hints of mango, pineapple, and peach, rounding it all with a bit of mineral, toast and honey. Silky soft, delicious with a unique apple skin finish. While you can enjoy a traditional Spanish pairing with serrano ham croquette or tortilla, we recommend a modern take with some Vietnamese bún bowl!
