Join us Tuesday 21 October as we gather at Aera's private dining room (seats are limited!), with panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. Together we'll enjoy some of the world's best Champagnes alongside a curated menu of New Nordic fusion fare!
The evening includes 8 beautiful courses and 4 celebrated Charles Heidsieck cuvées. You'll also have a chance to chat with Maxime Watelet from the maison!
