Join Wine Please! for a rare vintage Champagne and Michelin fine dining experience... for one night only, this is Legendary: Noi x Charles Heidsieck!
On Friday 24 April, our dazzling night will unfold at Michelin two-star Noi by Paulo Airaudo at The Four Seasons Hong Kong, with a selection of rare vintages and unique cuvées from the UNESCO-listed “Crayères” chalk cellars of Charles Heidsieck – maker of some of the world's most award-winning and luxurious Champagnes.

You'll sip six exquisite Champagnes (including a vintage Collection Crayères Brut 1989 in Jeroboam and a special mystery cuvée!) while enjoying an omakase-style, seasonal tasting menu of contemporary Italian fare by Chefs Paulo Airaudo and Luigi Troiano, curated exclusively for this event. Plus, Maxime Watelet of Charles Heidsieck will be coming in from France to be our host for the evening!
