What’s frosé?! Frozen rosé of course, the perfect summer wine tipple! This recipe is absolutely lush on a hot day… in other words, all day every day! And it’s oh so easy to make: all you need is a great bottle of wine (we can help there!) and a few simple ingredients.
We love this frosé with Marqués de Cáceres Rosado, a delightful rosé that’s lush with red fruit flavours, making it perfect for blending with juicy strawberries. It’s also easy on the wallet! Best of all, you can whip it up in just a few minutes when your friends pop ‘round for drinks.

Ingredients
375ml rosé wine, like Marqués de Cáceres Rosado
200g frozen strawberries
1 tbsp sugar
200g ice
Method
Add rose, strawberries and sugar to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture through a strainer to remove strawberry seeds. Pour the strained mix back into the blender and add ice, blend on high until smooth. Garnish with fresh strawberry and enjoy immediately!
