The Barrel Selection series is definitely unique to Bodega Salentein. Made only with single grape varietal from the Finca El Oasis vineyards, situated at 1,100 metres above sea level, where the fruit receives clean meltwater from the Andes mountains. Their Cabernet Franc is one not to be missed – a gorgeous wine that can be enjoyed now. Gorgeously aromatic with roasted red bell pepper, spices, black pepper and hints of menthol on the nose. Smooth on the palate with a bit of dark fruit and a lingering finish. This wine is great with herb-and-spice heavy dishes – why not try it with Seekh kebabs or a Thai pork larb?

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
