Produced from old vines from a single vineyard planted in the 1960s, Ministry of Clouds Single Vineyard Shiraz Blewitt Springs pays homage to the Italian families who arrived in Australia post war and the fanstic fruit they planted – it is truly top notch! Very aromatic and dense with blue fruit, this wine is delicately complex with bright cherries, raspberries and cranberries layered with nutmeg, violets and spicy French oak at its core. Concentrated fruit flavours with sandy tannins balanced by natural acidity. For the best experience, decant for as long as you can serve slightly chilled at 16 degrees alongside your favourite Sunday roast, whether beef short rib with buttery mash and green beans or roast duck with duck-fat rice and bok choy. Cool cellaring for 5-15 years will bring more great things, too.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
