Moillard Gevrey-Chambertin Beauversant is a true exemplar of the region from which it hails! Gevrey-Chambertin is a prized area in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, with some of the most famous Grands Crus nestled within – its powerful Pinot Noirs have great structure and velvety tannins, yet seductive aromas and delicate textures. Classically Bourgogne, this ruby gem carries a medley black fruit aromas, with notes of blackberry and blueberry followed by liquorice and cocoa. Elegantly refined dark fruit flavours with spice and toast notes, full in the mouth with supple tannins and a long finish. Excellent accompaniment with prime rib with spicy jus to accompany, or beautifully lacquered roast duck.
