De Martino Viejas Tinajas Tinto is a superb natural wine made with a traditional process that the winery has resurrected. The wine undergoes natural, gentle fermentation in tinajas, or large earthenware jars, with no outside intervention – a technique unique to Itata Valley region. Super expressive on the nose with bold red fruit aromas and floral notes of violets and orange zest. Intense and wonderfully fresh, with fruit and vibrant acidity in perfect harmony. Fine tannins leave a lovely texture that keeps lingering. Ready to drink now, or let it age for a decade! It's the perfect red for a hot summer's day – be it with light seafood dishes, salad, soft cheese or even sushi! Also perfect for drinking on its own.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
