Charles Heidsieck Brut Millésime 2018
Champagne, France

Regular price $910.00
An utterly gorgeous vintage, Charles Heidsieck Brut Millésimé 2018 dazzles with its unparalled depth and elegance! This lively, complex and generous Champagne combines power and finesse while preserving vibrant freshness and ageing potential. The nose opens with soft aromas of cocoa, roasted coffee, brioche quince and roasted pineapple – but a swirl in the glass to brings forward mouthwatering yellow fruit, with peach, apricot and delicious flavours of blackberry jam. Round, mineral and generous in the mouth with a full attack, with juicy aromas building with each sip. Tangy through the finish with a bit of bitter cocoa and liquorice. Best enjoyed within 10 years, this bottle deserves fine cuisine – the House recommends pairing with peppery, creamy cacio e pepe, fiery Crying Tiger Beef (Suea Rong Hai) or tinned mackerel with tomato and herbs. Luminous!
