Regular price $248.00
Taking its fruit from 50-100 year old vines, Glaetzer Wallace is a perfectly balanced, modern twist on the traditional Barossa Valley Shiraz-Grenache blend! Tantalising layers of dark plum and raspberry and bay leaf on the nose with spicy hints of fennel and white pepper. Dark fruits dominate the vibrantly juicy palate with touches of pepper. Round, savoury tannins lead into a bright finish. This brilliant value-for-money wine is excellent in its youth, or let it gain more complexity with 8-10 years cellaring. Irresistible with siu yuk and a side of herb-roasted veg!
