The newest expression of Ministry of Clouds' "obsession with Chardonnay", this Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is sourced from a dynamic duo of vineyards in the cool Piccadilly Valley and Birdwood subregions, and it's simply exquisite! Wild fermented and pure with coy aromas of spicy ginger, white flowers, green nectarine and subtle notes of nougat and white chocolate. A wonderful foundation of lively stone fruit flavours and chalky minerality pave the way for lingering acidity. Ready to drink now, or enjoy over the next 8 to 10 years as it develops complexity. Scrumptious with Hainanese chicken rice (don't forget the garlic sauce!), and absolutely lush with duck fat roasted potatoes!

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
