Delicate aromas of passionfruit, tropical fruits and dried herbs with great flavours of tropical fruit. Bright and balanced on the palate with mouthwatering acidity through the finish. The perfect vino with rocket salad topped with herb-crusted salmon, or Vietnamese fish cakes with dill (cha ca thi la).
