Regardless of cooler temperature or warmer weather, a fiery coconut fish curry with lemongrass hits the spot – and with a dish like that, you’ll need a white like Carrick Dry Riesling. A characteristic flinty nature from the Carrick soils, this robust wine has a feminine side with its white floral, stone fruit aromas with hints of grapefruit and lemon. Full in body with great level of acidity and a long, clean, refreshing finish. Only 360 cases produced, so definitely not to be missed!

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
