Reserve wines take a lot of time and patience to produce – for The Hairy Arm Merri Reserve Shiraz, winemaker Steve Worley waited 14 vintages to get the perfect combination of season, inspiration and opportunity! Crafted only during exceptional years with the best parcels of fruit (hand-tended during critical phases of the growing cycle and sustainably farmed), this is a natural wine to take very seriously. Elegantly complex with layered aromas of dark red and blue fruits, floral with tickly hints of spice and chocolate. A perfect blend of raspberry and plum flavours, cracked pepper and spice. Fine chalky tannins with a savoury finish. Pair this velvety wine with a warm lamb shawarma with pickled onions or grilled teriyaki tofu steaks with aubergine. Super limited – only 1,220 bottles produced!
