Beautifully elegant, Seresin Tatou Pinot Noir is the epitome of a summer picnic in the vineyards but in a bottle! The fruit used comes from a single vineyard (Tatou is the name!) with meticulous TLC by hand throughout its life cycle. Not to mention, each vine was cropped to one bunch per shoot to ensure even ripening and flavour intensity. Pale garnet in colour, this wine is soft yet expressive. Well-integrated layers of perfume, wild blackberry, brambleberry aromas with hints of herb, sweet spice and vanilla. Concentrated flavours plum, dark cherry, raspberry, bramble and rosehip fruit along with mocha, forest floor and a touch of leather. Fine tannins with a long and savoury finish. Enjoy it now or cellar for a few more years to add onto the complexity. Pair this with balsamic reduction roast quail with simple garlic parmesan roasted potatoes on the side!

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
