For The Hairy Arm Merri Reserve Shiraz, winemaker Steve Worley waited 14 vintages for the perfect combination of season, inspiration and opportunity for his first vintage! Crafted only during exceptional years with the best parcels of fruit that were hand-tended during critical phases of the growing cycle (and farmed sustainably), the Merri Shiraz is a natural wine to take very seriously. Elegantly complex with layered aromas of dark red and blue fruit, floral with tickly hints of spice and chocolate. A perfect blend of raspberry and plum flavours with cracked pepper and spice. Fine chalky tannins with a savoury finish. Pair this velvety wine with a warm lamb shawarma with pickled onions or some grilled teriyaki tofu steaks with aubergine. Super limited – only 1,220 bottles produced!
