A little bit different, a little bit unorthodox, this GSM is none like the ones you've ever tried! Having Sangiovese as the "S" rather than Shiraz, this gem offers a great balance of fruit, spice and umami. Aromas of ripe red and black cherry, rose petal with hints of vanilla and nutmeg. Rich plummy and brambly fruit flavours with a touch of herbal, milk chocolate and pepper at the end. A bit of raisin and a bit of savouriness all tied up with mouth-filling texture and soft tannins. Bring this home to a beef stir-fry with black bean sauce, or go vegetarian with a traditional Chinese eggplant clay-pot stew!

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
