Tantalising layers of dark plum, raspberry and lavender on the nose with spicy hints of anise and fresh ground pepper. Vibrantly juicy with intense dark fruit, touches of pepper and blackcurrant. Round, savoury tannins lead into a bright finish. This value-for-money wine is excellent in its youth, or let it gain more complexity with 8-10 years cellaring.
