Regardless of cooler temperature or warmer weather, there is always time for a curry! And what’s better than a warming coconut diamond clams curry with lemongrass? With a dish like that, you’ll need a robust white to pair like Carrick Dry Riesling. A characteristic flinty nature from the Carrick soils, this wine also portrays the feminine side with its white floral, stone fruit aromas with hints of grapefruit and lemon. Full in body with great level of acidity and a long, clean, refreshing finish. Only 360 cases produced (so definitely not to be missed!) and certified organic.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
