Rich in flavour and history in every way, Pouilly-Fuissé La Cuvée 1551 is a bottle to share amongst the generations! Based on the traditional style of Château de Pouilly (hence the name), this wine displays true harmony of minerality and delicate oaky notes. Very expressive and fruity on the nose with floral notes, mango and a bit of dried apricot. Rich and round in the mouth with balanced fruitiness. Truly delightful! Drink this wine alongside seared scallops with soy butter, or your favourite creamy cheeses – baked Brie, anyone?
