De Martino calls this Cuvée 2020 its finest wine, and we know why! Produced in small quantities and only in optimal vintages, it's a stunner of a bottle that's well worth the splurge. Unfined, unfiltered and made from hand-picked grapes from the family's emblematic Santa Inés Vineyard, this medium-bodied red has fresh acidity and very elegant tannins that harmonise perfectly with its intense fruit concentration. Highly complex on the nose with layers of cassis and red fruit, intermingled with mineral aromas of graphite and wet stone that lead to notes of violets and tobacco. Epically long finish! This wine can certainly be enjoyed now, but has excellent cellaring potential – it will evolve to full maturity over 15-20 years. Enjoy with a simple lap cheong rice, or your favourite grilled meats!

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
