De Martino Viejas Tinajas Cinsault is a superb natural wine made with a traditional process that the winery has resurrected. The wine undergoes a natural and gentle fermentation in the tinajas, or large earthenware jars, with no outside intervention - a technique unique to Itata Valley region. Delicate scents of violets, sour cherry, and blackberry. Smooth and surprisingly fresh, the flavours linger. An excellent red for a hot summer's day - be it with light seafood dishes, salad, soft cheese or even sushi! Also perfect for drinking on its own.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
