The elegant and charming Domaine Saint Paul Pinot Noir is easy to drink and easier to love! It hails from the heart of the Languedoc vineyards, where the estate's soils hide traces of ancient lagoons with fossilised mussels and oysters, letting the vines' roots grow deep – pretty neat! This wine is expressive and slightly peppery with cherry and violet aromas, with classic Pinot Noir character and lots of fruit on the palate. Supple, delicate tannins. Serve this with Cantonese braised beef with daikon or gouda mac & cheese, then call it an excellent evening!

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
