Smooth and elegant, Flametree Cabernet Merlot is a classic example of a Margaret River wine Cabernet blend. This wine is wonderfully aromatic yet still juicy and concentrated! Scents of mulberry, plum and cassis with a bit of dark chocolate accompanied by luscious tastes of fleshy, ripe dark fruit with earthy notes. Soft tannins on the finish. Lovely accompaniment a hearty pasta dish like pappardelle with short rib ragu, or go sweet with a chocolate torte!
