Part of the unique Sub Regional Series (aka S.R.S, or simply the very best varietal wine under Flametree), this wine shows off the subregion of Wallcliffe in Margaret River, renowned for its ultra premium vines. Packed with lovely fruit aromas, bright waves of grapefruit, white peach and dried pear give way to flinty match stick notes. Wild yeast fermentation adds delicate, complex qualities to the wine, with savoury oyster shell and saline flavours. Particularly perfect with spreads of fresh seafood out at Sai Kung, or steam up some lobster at home and serve with garlic butter. Divine!
