Such luxury should be drunk with the finest crystal glasses in town! Only the best berries that went through full botrytis (nature’s way of intensifying sugar levels in the fruit) were hand-selected from the legendary Grand Cru Juffer Sonnenuhr vineyard. Some may call it a beauty of juxtaposition – elegant, complex yet seductively simple. Others call it an intoxicating elixir. Either way, it’s a royal treat to relish! Concentrated aromas of fine plump raisin, dried apricot, smoky citrus with layers of honey and candied grapefruit. A slight pepper and slatey tone with a long, lingering sweet finish. It is rich, rounding in the mouth and full of finesse, yet refined and almost weightless. A perfect bottle (perfect indeed with 100pts from Robert Parker Wine Advocate) to end a decadent evening with or cellar for a special occasion!
