As Glaetzer's flagship wine, the Amon-Ra Shiraz has such a fan base that it even starred in a Japanese manga comic – The Drops of God! With such a celebrity status, this wine makes the perfect gift to impress! Midnight black wine with inky purple hues, the palate of this wine is rich and deep yet bright and fresh. Lush aromas of blue and black fruits, espresso and dried spice; flavours of dark berries layered with nutmeg and clove; firm tannins with a long-lasting finish. Called “one of the best vintages of Amon-Ra ever tasted” by Robert Parker Wine Advocate and ranked 'Excellent' on Australia's Langton's Classification VII list, this Shiraz can age for decades. Treat yourself to some Iberico pork char siu or a grilled filet mignon with this wine (and maybe some dark chocolate truffles).

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
