As the Romans used to pray to Anaperenna, Goddess of the New Year, for longevity, so do drinkers of this gorgeous Shiraz Cabernet blend for a good time! All of the fruit for Glaetzer's Anaperenna wines hail from very old vines (up to 130 years old!) of the famed Ebenzer sub-region of Barossa Valley. Opulent and refined, this wine harmonises fine aromas of crushed herbs, fresh black fruit with touches of anise, spice and coffee. This makes a great addition to your cellar collection as it ages beautifully (20+ years, my friend). Or, allow it to open for half hour and this bottle will literally sing! Ideal accompaniment to Beef Wellington or roast leg of lamb.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
