Wild and experimental at heart, Ministry of Clouds GG (Gewürztraminer / Gris) is ancient in conception and modern in style. This bottle reflects the 8000-year-old
Georgian practice of fermenting white grapes on their skins to build tannin, texture and complexity, but then modernly designed to complement the "perky" pan-Asian cuisine that's close to the winemakers' hearts. Orange-tinged and bone dry with sandy and chalky tannins, brisk acidity, and a long lingering palate, this unique wine is both intriguing and addictive! Wonderfully complex with aromas of lychee, musk and dried mandarin peel; juicy and succulent in the mouth with flavours of spicy jackfruit... the perfect balance of fruit character and savoury wildness! A wine made for pairing, it's a showstopper with anything tropical, fresh and spiced: delicious with Thai-style pork and prawn larb, or toss up your favourite salad with ginger dressing.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
