Violet perfume with delicious fruits like cherry and blackberry. Followed by pleasing flavours of leather, earth, mild spice, vanilla and a hint of herb. Sandy tannins (will soften with decanting) and a great long finish. Fragrant and succulent! Why not have a bottle with some Cantonese suckling pig or Iberico ham?
