Crafted with a blend of 12 back vintages of Mitchell’s classic Peppertree Shiraz, this red sparkling wine is unique as it is limited (only 500 cases available every year!). Not to mention, all the grapes used for the base wine were cared for with no artificial fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides to ensure you enjoy only ‘the good stuff’! Lively effervescence with rich prune, sour cherry, dark berry aromas and hints of mint-eucalyptus and earthy spice notes. Dark berry flavours carry through with touches of rose and dried fruit sweetness. Layers of chocolate, coffee, slight oak and a cinnamon finish. Make sure you have this bubbly chilled for your occasion. Pair with a beautifully charred butterflied lamb with rosemary/sage and crushed blackberries and you got yourself a smokin’ delicious time!

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
