Widely recognised as one of the world's great Riesling producers, the Watervale vineyard is truly special to the Mitchells. With the first plantings done by Grandfather Peter, it's now tended by his grandson, Angus, using the same traditional techniques. This wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts from only the highest quality free-run juice! Lively aromas of granny smith apples, citrus and stone fruits, with classic Riesling flavours of lemon and lime leading through to an incredibly long mineral finish. Crispy acidity and great texture – refreshing, balanced and full of finesse! Try this beauty with a succulent piece of grilled cod or Chinese ginger chicken.
