Soumah Single Vineyard Viognier is a glowing representation of the varietal known as "Goldie Lox" – as the grapes need to be picked juuuust right! This wine offers gorgeous aromas of apricot and peach that flow into rich, mouthwatering flavours of peach and musky ginger, all wrapped in stony minerality and a clean, lingering finish. Porridge is a bit too bland for this one, but comforting fare still fits: think lemon-herb roast chicken with fennel and crispy potatoes, or whole steamed fish with ginger.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
