It was a moment of love when Pascale and Gilles Pons-Massenot set eyes on this idyllic century-old estate in Côtes de Provence. An opportunity for them to fulfil their passion of wine and in Southern France, no less! Just a few miles away from St. Tropèz, they decided to make the winery their home in 1997 and named it after their children, Valentin and Clementine. At Chateau Les Valentines, they produce spectacular wines that are now highly sought after by hotels and restaurants on the French Riviera and Paris. They even earned a ranking as 1 out of 5 Rosé wines from South of France, not be missed by Le Revue du Vin de France, a prestigious wine magazine!
