Alsace, France
In 1902 (over a century ago!), winegrowers in the village of Eguisheim decided to join forces to create one of the first cooperatives in Alsace. They pride themselves on the working principle of “one man, one voice”. United as one, as pioneers in their field, they work tirelessly and in solidarity in innovations while keeping to their traditions, preserving the typicity and quality of their wines. And together, they stand as ambassador of the region, promoting its grand cru status. Today, Wolfberger is a major player in the Alsace wine landscape, in France and around the world.
