A wine packed with lots of character and charm, Ashton Hills Piccadilly Pinot Noir is not one for the faint-hearted! Produced with grapes from a blend of three vineyards in Piccadilly Valley and fermented with wild yeast, this Pinot lures you in with intense aromas of cherry, dark plum and strawberry coulis with hints of nutmeg and cinnamon spice. Juicy in the mouth with initial bursts of cherry compote and strawberry layered with earthy notes of beetroot and forest floor. Deep and complex with fresh acidity and light powdery tannins. Enjoy this with Peking duck, or crostini with goat cheese and cherry jam!
