Crafted with Silvaner, a German grape variety and considered a Riesling alternative, it has high level of acidity like the famous grape, making a fantastic contender for sweet winemaking. With fruit harvested at below -7oC, the water in the grapes are frozen. When pressed, the frozen grapes gave highly concentrated and the most natural ‘liqueurs’. Beautifully golden in colour with a rich, nobly luscious and natural sweetness, this bottle is full of honey, dried apricots, raisins and plummy deliciousness. Perfect way to end your evening with a fromage blanc cheesecake or Brie on crackers with a drizzle of cranberry sauce.
