This is a natural wine to take very seriously – for The Hairy Arm Merri Reserve Shiraz winemaker Steve Worley waited 14 vintages for the perfect combination of season, inspiration and opportunity for his first vintage! This reserve red is crafted only during exceptional years with the best parcels of fruit that were hand-tended during critical phases of the growing cycle (and farmed sustainably). Elegantly complex with heady aromas of dark red and blue fruit mingled with hints of florals, spice and chocolate. Velvety and savoury with fine, chalky, mouth-coating tannins and bright acidity. Pair this wine with lamb chops right off the barbecue, or grilled teriyaki tofu steaks. Super limited – only 1,296 bottles produced!
