Ever wondered what a wine would have tasted like a thousand years ago? Wild Savagnin Solero No.3 NV seeks to answer that question! An expression of Soumah's endless love of an ancient white wine grape: Savagnin (the mother grape of many modern-day varietals such as Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin Blanc and Gruner Veltliner), whose use was first recorded in 10th century Northern Italy. This white is handpicked, foot-stomped and fermented with 100% wild yeasts – fondly called 'wine with funk’, it's the picture of unique personality! Boasting both incredible depth and exceptional freshness, expect bright citrus aromas with intense flavour concentration and great structure. For the absolute perfect pairing, sip alongside aged comtè cheese – if you can't do that, go for cheesy wild mushroom and sage risotto or Vietnamese lemongrass chicken.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
