The Stocks Shiraz is Woodstock's flagship Shiraz, produced from a premium single vineyard boasting only 31 rows of old vines (circa 1900!), named after the medieval wooden leg stocks in the town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire, England. A A wine that perfectly reflects its terroir, variety and region, expect plush aromas of red and black fruits with a touch of dried spice and toasty oak. Full-bodied yet soft in the mouth, perfectly balanced with ripe tannins, elegant fruit and a complex finish. Though delicious now, this wine shines when bottle-aged, so cellar for 10, 15+ years to reap the rewards! Fabulous with Cantonese braised beef with daikon, or at the end of a meal with a fine cheese board.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
