Have a taste and you will be smitten by Yeringberg Pinot Noir! With deeply-rooted and low-yielding vines planted from the 1970s, expect generous amounts of layers in this wine. Gorgeous aromas of raspberry, red cherry and cinnamon lift beautifully with time, gaining complexity as they go! Fresh, pure fruit abounds on the palate, with great depth and concentration thanks to old vines. Silky and elegant with smooth tannins and a lingering finish. It’s fleshy, savoury, round and so easy to fall in love with! Incredibly alluring now, or drink it over the next 15 years... definitely with Peking duck and pancakes slathered with hoisin, or roast pork loin and fennel. Only 1,212 bottles produced.
