Yeringberg is built on the legacy of the de Pury’s, one of the founding families of Yarra Valley wine region over a century ago. Although only producing a tiny lot of 1,500 cases per year, the brand has a loyal following from the people in the know. With wines that are consistently of quality and known for their elegance, finesse and longevity – it’s no wonder that they are constantly sought-after! Formed in 1852, the estate still holds much of its historical relics and charm, maintaining its traditional winemaking methods (an oldie but a goodie). Brother and sister duo, David and Sandra, now manage the entire estate, with David devising his wizardry on farming while Sandra concocts her magic in winemaking. If you ever have a chance to visit, you will fall in love with Yeringberg’s heritage, along with their herds of sheep and cows.
