Bright bouquet of lemon tart and nectarine with a hint of flintiness, notes of cedar and a touch of wax and saline. A lovely balance of pure fruit and delicious texture with flavours of stone fruits, grapefruit and lemon curd. Creamy and chalky on the palate with mineral acidity. Pair it with pan-fried white fish with lemon butter, some hand cut chips and a fresh salad for the perfect night in (baked seafood rice will do nicely, too!. Drink now through 2035.
