Subtly powerful, that’s our Yeringberg Marsanne Roussanne, our Hermitage Blanc from Yarra Valley! Delicate and complex, fresh yet weighty – it’s beautifully versatile and moreish. Bright gold in colour, bewilder your senses with aromas of fresh pear, honeysuckle, lemon with whiffs of honey, jasmine and quince. While the flavours are equally delicious – think red apple, pear with hints of citrus pith, fresh herbs and a touch of nuttiness – what sets this wine apart is the mouthfeel! Rounded with a gentle viscosity, lively crunchy acidity and a lovely long finish. Savour this bottle with a salade composée or a coconutty Tom Kha Kai! Only 2,304 bottles produced.
