Only 4,000 bottles produced and only in the best years. Made from grapes of a single elevated vineyard (Poggio Sant'Enrico Piccolo and Grande) just outside of Siena, this deep dark ruby gem offers great fruit intensity and excellent tannin structure for ageing potential. Rich with black fruit, plum, black pepper with a bit of walnut & vanilla. Full-bodied, exceptional soft tannins and long lasting taste in the mouth. Excellent pairing with either a black pepper beef dish, roasted pigeon or T-bone steak!

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
