Intense, yet elegant - Cuvée Tradition from Domaine Bosquet des Papes is ideal for any dinner parties, be it barbeques, Cantonese cuisine or some serious Italian! Produced with grapes from low-yielding vines and pebbly limestone soil (unique to the region!) that stores heat in the day and released in the night. Interlaced aromas of red berry, sweet ripe plum, cherry and a dash of licorice. Silkily smooth tannins and refined. Have a try with the traditional Chinese braised pork belly (Dong Po Pork), or Korean marinated beef (bulgogi). Yum.
